The success of our hotel depends on the commitment of each and every member of our team. We are currently looking for a number of motivated people to join our team in both Haddington House and Oliveto restaurant. Please find our open vacancies below. The successful applicants are likely to have weekend work included. The start date for these roles will be dependant on each role described below.
The ideal candidates must have experience in the hospitality environment, a natural affinity for guest care and strong communication skills, with a keen eye for five star service. Along with this, we need you to be legally eligible to work in Ireland and be able to handle extremely busy situations and manage your workload effectively. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.

Duty Manager (reporting to Assistant General Manager)
F&B Assistant Manager (reporting to F&B Manager)
Chef de Rang (reporting to Restaurant Manager)
Chef de Partie (reporting to Head Chef)
Head Pastry Chef (reporting to Executive Head Chef)
Pizza Chef (reporting to Oliveto Head Chef)
Bartender (reporting to Bar Manager)
